"Video Is No Longer Available" Error
Possible Cause:
It is possible that the video has been removed by the user who originally posted it.
Solution:
Please contact us so we can find another version of the video.
Video Loading Slowly or Not Playing Smoothly
Possible Cause:
Occasionally there are slowdowns of the YouTube (Dailymotion, etc.) servers. If the problem occurs all the time, it could be that your Internet connection is slow.

How to Take and Send a Screenshot
Windows PC
Method 1: Print Screen Key
- Press the PrtScn (Print Screen) key on your keyboard
- Open your email program
- Click in the email body and press Ctrl + V to paste
- Send the email with the attached screenshot
Method 2: Snipping Tool (Recommended)
- Press Windows key + Shift + S
- Select the area you want to capture
- The screenshot is copied to your clipboard
- Open your email and press Ctrl + V to paste
iPhone / iPad
Taking the Screenshot:
- iPhone with Face ID: Press Side Button + Volume Up simultaneously
- iPhone with Home Button: Press Home Button + Side Button simultaneously
- The screen will flash and the screenshot will be saved to Photos
Sending the Screenshot:
- Open the Photos app
- Find your screenshot (usually the most recent photo)
- Tap the Share button
- Select Mail and compose your email to us
Android Phone / Tablet
Taking the Screenshot:
- Press and hold Power Button + Volume Down simultaneously
- Some phones use Power Button + Home Button
- The screen will flash and the screenshot will be saved
- You'll see a notification that the screenshot was captured
Sending the Screenshot:
- Open the notification or go to your Gallery app
- Find your screenshot
- Tap the Share icon
- Select Gmail or your email app and send it to [email protected]
